The Debate: Warren Chooses Middle Ground Between Bernie and Biden
Elizabeth Warren is no shrinking violet when it comes to expressing her views, so why the sudden case of camera and comment shyness?
Apparently, the strategy is to let Bernie and the others do the Biden bashing while she remains a close second in most polls, she doesn’t need to establish a stark contrast between herself and Biden just yet…
The thinking is when Biden loses or sheds points in the pre-primary polls, it is she who is the benefactor, and gains ground as a result.
She doesn’t need to appear to be combative, or argumentative, as some of the others in the race must to gain attention and market their personas and profiles…She’s already there …
Unless I miss my guess, she is jockeying for the position of being the comfortable choice between Bernie, the radical socialist, and Biden, the status quo centrist…
It may work to her advantage that she scored no points and took no hits during the debate…That’s what posturing is all about, maintaining a presence without participating in the performance…
President Obama had more of a direct impact on the debate than she did…
She knows she has time and sitting in a close second place is a good position to be in this far out from the dates when the actual primary voting is scheduled to occur….
We can be certain of one thing regarding the time between now and the time the polls are open to the public: “She has a plan for that.”

Warren needs to work on the bug-eyed look. She will be the nominee.
