We Can Look Into This, It’s Free
A while back I opened an account and (double)blogged there under the banner of ‘The Modern Times Post’….
I got no reactions or responses so a let it lapse…
The place is operated by Google at blogspot.com. If we ALL open accounts and create individual blog sites we can follow one another and comment on each other’s posts…
I believe that, under the circumstances, it’s well worth looking into as an option and an alternative to losing our collective/collaborative voices…
“Blogger is an American online content management system (CMS) which enables multi-user blogs with time-stamped entries. Pyra Labs developed it before being acquired by Google in 2003. Google hosts the blogs, which can be accessed through a subdomain of blogspot.com. Blogs can also be accessed from a user-owned custom domain (such as www.example.com) by using DNS facilities to direct a domain to Google’s servers.[3][4][5] A user can have up to 100 blogs or websites per account.[6]”

The most attractive feature is that it’s free of charge and one person could conceivably be the host for additional blog accounts…
I’m not internet savvy or very ‘literate’ in these matters…
Perhaps one of you can take a deeper dive and give us a better assessment of the possibilities and potential…
This is the best I can do for a suggestion for relocating en masse.

It looks like the featured images are working now.
I am not particularly interested in blogger. I’ve been on Blogger since 2011 and my most immediate grievance with it is that it has no front page. It seems that the only way this works is by giving the URL to your personal contacts. The whole point behind bindlesnitch was cross-pollination. With a centralized homepage, your friends would see my posts and my friends would see yours. Synergistic interaction.
I didn’t even remember having been on Blogger until I visited the website at which point I was automatically logged into my blog, which is called The Observation Post. Hey, I have a pretty good-looking home page.
Here’s the link to my page: https://alanmilner.blogspot.com/

It seems that my home page has disappeared into the internet ether…
It was relatively attractive also….
It’s been that long since I even looked at it….

I sent you a PM asking what would it take….
Come on man tell us what you need…
If the required resources are out of reach, then so be it.
However, thus far I haven’t seen or heard anything that would force a voluntary termination of BindleSnitch….

Is anyone but us reading our stuff? If there’s no audience, can’t we do this with essentially a joint email list?

We should be accessible and at least marginally visible…An email network won’t do that for us….
