George Floyd’s death in police custody is renewing criticism of Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s (D-Minn.) prosecutorial record.
“Before she became a senator and a top contender for former Vice President Joe Biden’s vice presidential spot, Klobuchar spent eight years as the Hennepin County attorney, in charge of prosecution for Minneapolis. And while in that position, Klobuchar declined to prosecute multiple police officers cited for excessive force, and did not prosecute the officer who kneeled on Floyd’s neck as he protested….”

Should Amy Klobuchar be disqualified and eliminated as a contender for Biden’s pick as VP?

Will you PLEASE pay attention to the rules. You cannot use a one word headline. Headlines should be at least 43 characters to conform to the style rules. Very short headlines are not helpful for either the design or visibility. I would also say that you need to lengthen your excerpts except that the excerpts would probably be longer than some of your articles.

Blackboard erasers need to be clapped together to remove dust and chalkboard trays need to be wiped down at the end of the day, too.

If I had a nickel for every time I had to shorten a title to conform to the limit on the number of characters permitted, I’d have enough to buy a cup of coffee….
I adhere to the rules as often as possible….
I discovered some time ago that re social media, brevity works.
Scholarly verbiage or verbosity for the sake of the word count is somewhat dishonest and often disingenuous….
Re excerpts…
Do you want to ‘tease’ the content of a post or do you want a synopsis?
I prefer to give a reader no more than a quick glimpse of what she/he might get from reading the entire piece… Not an excuse to move on and click on something else..

Agreed. Not only should she be disqualified, but she also needs to answer for her failure to prosecute.
