Are Schumer and Leahy Boneheads?

Schumer has yet to satisfactorily or adequately explain himself…
The ‘bone-head’ moves of so-called Democratic leadership are, in my view, more evidence of white privilege at work in the political process.
White political leaders are quite willing to negotiate and bargain away the concerns and interests of people of color In the name of bipartisan pragmatism while adversely affected minority constituents aren’t even at the table and have no voice…
Schumer and Leahy have given away the federal judiciary and even the Supreme Court for the foreseeable future.
I don’t believe that either of these men can be characterized as being stupid or naive so, the nagging and salient question is:
Why would either of them indulge in such bone-headed behavior?

No they are not bone-headed.
We are immersed in cruel contrived circumstances that prevail. From era to era pragmatism has become a forced predictability with no place left to hide. No doubt blood and flesh angst-riddled ramifications are more than happenstance whereas the inadvertent obsolescence of our quill scribed well deified raw laws can be a son-of-a-bitch. No kidding red fades (imploding) whereas green ascends and will very soon joust blue. No need to flounce ’round with below the belt inaccurate slurry. Our contemporary nihilistic ‘insane’ street violence statistics are FEAR itself. Rhetorical slap-dashery e.g. ‘boneheads’ only enhances despair, flaming additional ‘boot-sole-like’ reactionary revenge. Wrong, wrong, wrong!

I borrowed the term ‘bonehead’ or ‘boneheaded’ from the VOX article cited above about Leahy’s concession giving veto power to Republican Senators in the judicial confirmation process.
I stretched it to include Schumer’s fast tracking 15 Trump nominees without an adequate or satisfactory explanation for doing so…
The crux of this post is what I believe to be the apparent exercise of white privilege, which is only superficially addressed in your eloquently worded but misguided dissent.

Would you prefer that I had referred to Schumer and Leahy as a pair of not-to-be-trusted ‘sell-outs’?
