It’s Official….Take Note!
“Republicans will vote to acquit based on their position that the entire proceeding is unconstitutional which renders the Democrats’ case against Trump to be
incompetent, irrelevant and immaterial or at the very least moot.”
My comment at:
Impeachment Video Case & Summary of Team Trump Legal Defense
“Most Senate Republicans sided with the constitutionality argument in their votes to acquit, allowing them to avoid casting judgment based on Trump’s conduct. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell offered a blistering criticism of Trump’s actions on the Senate floor after the vote, but McConnell said he voted to acquit because he did not believe convicting an ex-president was constitutional.”

It’s official…Take note!
On February 13, 2021, with their impeachment vote to acquit Donald Trump, the Republican party officially became the party of:
White Supremacy
White Nationalism
Domestic Terrorism
Anti-Democracy
Anti-Semitism
Islamophobia
Anti-Immigration
Minimalism
Nihilism
Authoritarianism
Despotism
Tyranny
Conspiracy Theorism
Violent Far Right Extremism
Outright lies, disingenuous half-truths, and abject hypocrisy
There is no common ground of compromise or accommodation with this party.
There is no middle of the road. There is no ideological center.
There are 74 million followers and supporters of this personality cult which is now masquerading as the Republican Party.
What we must do now is to make these people be as uncomfortable about being labeled and characterized as being ‘Republicans’ as they are supposedly fearful of being called out and identified ‘racists’….
Frankly, I don’t believe that these people give a damn about being called racists…
However, some here believe that they are fearful of the label…
Their racism has deepened and metastasized and become a pillar of the violent extremism which they now choose to refer to as constitutionally protected ‘free speech’.
The acquittal of Trump ensures that this cannot end well for the country and the democracy…
The question that remains for these folks is as follows:
Without accountability, there can be no decency. Without decency, there can be no democracy.

If they weren’t fearful of the label they’d use it on themselves. They used to be proud of White Supremacy. Now they damned near always deny it.
We all know that if, say, President Obama had lost an election and pulled this, impeaching a former President would have had obvious legality and How Could We
Even Question That??
What Mitch McConnell has taught us is that the rules of Washington are to do whatever gets you power that’s legal. For us that means packing the Court. It is what he’d do. I don’t like dragging the Court into this but the truth is that McConnell already did.
I hope we’re getting the ads ready for 2022. Anyone can write them:
Seven dead, one of them a police officer
Two officer suicides in the immediate aftermath
140 police officers injured
The Vice President of the United States nearly lynched
(Show photo of gallows on the grounds)
and Senator X voted that there should be no consequences for causing this, or even for egging these people on while they were breaking into the United States Capitol and threatening the lives of our Congressmen and Senators.
All to overturn an election with no significant fraud
All to tell the American people that we don’t get to choose our President. Violent mobs should choose our President.
Senator X doesn’t care about the law. Senator X doesn’t care about the police. Senator X doesn’t care about the Constitution.
Vote Democratic in 2022.

This is what we should cause them to do with being called a ‘Republican’.
Mitch McConnell has taught us that rules of any kind don’t matter if it’s in your interest to ignore or break them outright…
Re political ads: The Lincoln Project is already all over this.
As former Republicans themselves, they are as good as it gets when it comes to thumping Republicans and what remains of the Republican Party….
Following the examples of the founders of the Lincoln Project, people are leaving the Republican Party in droves…
I don’t see how the Republicans can win the midterm elections without massive election fraud and voter suppression…
